Text Input: When using AI text generation or other text-based tools

Data Storage & Retention

Temporary File Processing

When you upload files for processing (OCR, conversion, etc.), they are:

Stored temporarily on our servers during processing
Automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing completes
Never used for training purposes or shared with third parties

Rate Limiting Data

IP addresses used for rate limiting are:

Stored in Upstash Redis (US-based service)
Retained for a maximum of 1 hour
Used solely for preventing service abuse

Local Storage

Basic user preferences are stored locally in your browser’s localStorage. This data is not transmitted to our servers and can be cleared at any time.

AI Services

Google Gemini AI: Used for text generation features. Your input is sent to Google’s servers for processing. Google’s privacy policy applies.

Infrastructure Services

Upstash Redis: Used for rate limiting and temporary data storage. IP addresses are stored temporarily.
Hosting Provider: Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for technical operation.

Content Delivery

Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts for typography. Font requests are sent to Google’s servers.

Service-Specific Privacy Notes

OCR Tool

Uploaded images and PDFs are processed locally on our servers. Text extraction is performed using Tesseract.js. Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing.

Text Generator

Your prompts are sent to Google Gemini AI for processing. We do not store your prompts or generated text beyond what’s necessary for caching (maximum 30 minutes). Google’s privacy policy applies to data processed by their services.

File Converter

Uploaded files are temporarily stored during conversion and automatically deleted upon completion or after 1 hour, whichever comes first.
